Delete your account
Use this page to delete your Waymarker account and everything linked to it. You do not need the app. You can also do it in the app: Profile, Settings, Delete account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes, straight away and for good:
- your account, your email address and your display name
- your saved rides, including their jumps, and your saved routes
- your condition reports and feature pins, and the votes and flags you made on other riders' content
- your Pro subscription record in our database
- usage statistics that were linked to your account, and feedback you sent while signed in
This cannot be undone. Usage statistics that were never linked to an account are anonymous and are not affected.
Cancel Pro in Google Play separately
Pro is billed by Google Play, and deleting your account does not cancel it. If you have a subscription or a free trial, cancel it in Google Play too, or it keeps renewing.

If there is an account for , we have emailed it a code and a link. Type the code below, or tap the link in the email: it brings you back to this page already signed in. It can take a minute, and may land in spam.

Your account has been deleted
Your account and the data linked to it have been removed, and you have been signed out. If you had a Pro subscription or a free trial, remember to cancel it in Google Play.
